Julia did an outstanding job in assisting us find our new home. She was very professional and very helpful. She was not pushy at all. She did not show us properties that is not within our budget. She also helped us with our initial bid amount. Julia made herself available whenever we needed her to have access to the property for a contractor to look at the property to provide an estimate for a work that needed to be done. We totally recommend Julia to find your new home. The whole process was seamlessly from start to finish. Overall, we are very satisfied with Julia.

Julia was wonderful. I would definitely recommend using Julia and your agency. She listened to all of our requests and showed us all the properties available that we could see, until we found the best one for us.

Our experience with Ariel was really amazing. She helped us buy our dream home and her diligence, hardwork and responsiveness were the reason why we didn’t have to worry about the overall process since day 1. Her abilities to negotiate with the builder made everything look effortless. I would definitely recommend her to others. Julia was such a pleasure to work with and my fiance and I were extremely lucky to run into her as our agent. She was very responsive and was quick to schedule tours on the dates that worked for us. We met Julia on our very first home tour and then we took a break to really understand our budget. During this break we met with a couple other agents that were not the right fit for us. They asked us to sign a contract or send our approval letters before we even met them. After these bad experiences I reached out to Julia in hopes she can continue working with us and when she was available, we were thrilled! We didn’t feel pressured to act quick and took our time with viewing probably over 30 homes in various locations. We 100% recommended Julia for her excellent communication, expertise in the subject matter, and trustworthiness.

Ariel was fantastic!! Before the search began she was quick to accommodate all of my needs on which houses I wanted to see. Ariel was personable, friendly and knowledgeable! She was quick to respond on anything I needed and helped so much through the process! I would highly recommend!
