Sarah did a great job of helping us purchase and sell a home in June of 2024. She also did the same for us 4 years ago so it's clear that my husband and I are comfortable working with Sarah Anderson and would recommend her to others. I suspect that when we are ready to sell the home we just bought that we will turn to Sarah then as well. She was particularly helpful in helping us data regarding both of the areas so that we could stage our offer/sale effectively.

I would highly recommend Sarah to anyone interested in buying or selling in the Sun Lakes area. She helped me purchase and sell 2 residences and I was a snowbird so most the time I was away from the area and I knew she would make sure my needs and best interests were taken care of. The transactions all went smoothly even though they were done long distance, she always put my best interest up front and took care of any issues that needed taken care of. Sarah was referred to my wife, Becky, and myself by a friend who purchased a similar home in Chandler in 2023. From the start it was apparent Sarah was quite knowledgeable with regards to the suburbs lying south and east of Phoenix. She took to heart the thoughts Becky and I had with regards to what we thought we were looking for. After doing her research over a period of a few days and after we had looked at more than 15 properties, she showed us the property we have purchased. From start to closing (and after) she was on top of the process and was as prompt as anyone could be. We are fortunate to have Sarah referred to us.
