Elizabeth is a true pro, and did an incredible job selling my property. Her knowledge of the local market was on point, and I'm glad I listened to all of her advice. She also takes the time to listen to her clients, and works to ensure you are taken care of during what is a stressful process. Her staff are also incredibly responsive and on top of all the details.

A coworker who had worked with Elizabeth both in buying and selling referred her to me, and boy--I hit the jackpot. From my first reach-out, Elizabeth kindly offered to meet me in a coffeeshop in my neighborhood to discuss further what I was looking for in my first home.She made me feel heard, supported, and answered all my novice questions without judgement, and two days later when we found the right place for me, she helped me negotiate and quickly get my offer accepted. In the lead-up to closing, she was beside me every step, and even though this was December and right before the holidays, Elizabeth was incredibly generous with her time and quickly responsive. Put your trust in her; she knows her stuff.

I was referred to Elizabeth when I relocated to the Chicago from the suburbs. It was my 1st property purchase and Elizabeth made every effort to make it a great buying experience. She took the time to understand my priorities and answer my questions about the market with her in-depth knowledge. She set up a great online listing filter to find quality properties and was readily available to lock in showings ASAP and discuss the properties after tours. Elizabeth clearly outlined the buying process and facilitated everything from offers to seller agent/attorney communications. All the logistics and paperwork were taken care of immediately to put me in the best buying position possible. I recently purchased a 2nd property with Elizabeth and she provided the same level of service in addition to my more in depth market analysis needs of property values and investment property possibilities. She has never left a question of mine unaddressed and has gone above and beyond in helping me become a successful property owner.

She was so responsive, not pushy, and felt like she had my best interest in mind. She was helpful when I was early on in my search, helping me understand what I should look for and what to expect, and then she was also great when the search got serious and I needed to move quickly on a place that I loved. Would absolutely recommend and use her again if needed!

Elizabeth exceeded all of our expectations for a realtor. She truly was professional and personable. She exhibited a comprehensive knowledge of the real estate market and was always willing to answer our questions as first-time homebuyers. At every single showing, she would point out features that we missed or overlooked. She definitely has a keen eye for properties. With her help and expertise, we were able to purchase a beautiful bungalow in the far northwest side of the city. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy a house, especially if you're a first-time homebuyer.
