I was buying my first house and chose Sandra as my realtor. She went above and beyond with customer service!! She helped me through the whole process and was by my side the whole way. She handled everything in such a professional manner! She was so quick to respond any time I would text to look at a house. With the market so hot right now, she was on it and I was the first to look at the house I fell in love with!!

I wanted to help my father get his rental properties sold. Because of health they are too much to manage. I live in a different state so I would be trying to do things long distance. I am so fortunate to have found Sandra as she has been so helpful on this whole journey. Whenever an issue came up she would explain options and walk me through it. She is very kind and helpful and I would use her again in a heartbeat!

Recently applied to rent a home though Sandra and her team. My wife and I applied as directed via their third party platform and paid $70. Followed up repeatedly over the next several days asking for updates, but we were completely unable to get a response from Sandra or her staff. Finally after 7 days of inquiring, her assistant called us back even though we requested to speak with Sandra directly because we had to move on and enter a lease agreement on a different property. Her team refused to refund us our money and after all was said and done, we were out $70 and completely wasted our time. We were told one of her assistants quit without notice, but a simple one minute phone call to us would have made a huge difference. On day 7, we were told that our application was approved, but again, it was too late and with the market the way it is, who can wait that long? Really disappointed with the lack of customer service and communication. I see other reviews on here warning of similar issues when it comes to her management of rentals, or lack thereof. Even though we asked to speak with her directly, she just had her assistant call us. Very impersonal.

I've heard Sandra Wortham is great as a real estate agent, but we only used her company for property management. We used Wortham Property Management for 1 year and had multiple issues: poor communication, unresponsive to tenants, zero proactive maintenance or inspections. When we went to cancel our contract, we faced a hefty cancellation fee because there is a clause in the property management contract that requires you to pay property management fees through the end of the lease of the existing tenant. Bottom line: take your property management business elsewhere and save yourself a headache.
