I really do not have the words to describe how awesome Samantha is! Let me sum this up real quick, Samantha Bonnett listed my home on August 27th ,2025 and 43 days later we closed. The communication was superb. Samantha kept me afloat of every transaction that took place. She always got back to me in a timely manner with answers not the…..I’ll get back you. I have shared my experience with my friends and all of them said how blessed I was. I agree! The # 1 Realtor in my book! Thank you again Samantha for ALL your hard work . I am going through a divorce and Samantha has lifted so much stress off of me I can’t repay her enough.

Samantha did an excellent job selling our home above asking in 1 day! She initially came prepared with a complete market analysis and helped us set the proper listing price for the area. She presented our home at it's best with professional photographs and a detailed listing description. We had multiple showing requests on day one. Would definitely recommend her!

Samantha did a fantastic job and helped me navigate the entire process. As a first-time home buyer, the process could be very overwhelming, but Samantha was always available to help, provide guidance, and help through the negotiation process, which allowed us to move forward quickly and efficiently. Not only did she help throughout the process, but she moved quickly when trying to set up appointments to look at places - this is so critical, especially in the current market. I would HIGHLY recommend Samantha for anyone looking to buy (or sell, for that matter!).
