Samantha did an excellent job selling our home above asking in 1 day! She initially came prepared with a complete market analysis and helped us set the proper listing price for the area. She presented our home at it's best with professional photographs and a detailed listing description. We had multiple showing requests on day one. Would definitely recommend her!

Samantha did a fantastic job and helped me navigate the entire process. As a first-time home buyer, the process could be very overwhelming, but Samantha was always available to help, provide guidance, and help through the negotiation process, which allowed us to move forward quickly and efficiently. Not only did she help throughout the process, but she moved quickly when trying to set up appointments to look at places - this is so critical, especially in the current market. I would HIGHLY recommend Samantha for anyone looking to buy (or sell, for that matter!).

Where do I start? Well after going through three realtors with little success in selling my home, I turned to Samantha because of her well respected reputation. Man.. I was not disappointed! First of all I want to say that I am not the easiest personality to deal with, and she showed alot of patience with me. She was able to get my house a bunch of traffic and showings that I believe wouldn't have happened without her expertise, photos, networking, persistence, and dedication. I am so thankful I went with her and didn't just call any agency and get handed another realtor. She has the connections to make things happen even when certain snags arise, and because of this my house is now SOLD!!!
