Ryan helped us find just the right condo during a very challenging time and in an area with very low inventory. We can’t say enough about how much we appreciate him and his efforts. We highly recommend Ryan if you are looking for an superb agent, as he is unquestionably a cut above the rest.

We had a very disappointing experience with Cassandra and would not recommend her to anyone. A few months ago, I contacted Flagstaff RE professionals about managing my property and got assigned to Cassandra. She seemed all over the place and kept forgetting what we discussed. She never went over the items prior to listing the property as we requested. I told her a few times pets were not allowed due to allergies (since my family uses the house monthly also) but she posted the listing with allowing pets. She also failed to block owner dates before making the property live on Airbnb. We had to accept a couple of renters with pets and unfortunately there was so much hair that Cassandra’s cleaners were not able to clean. There was pet hair all over the beds, Chairs, bathrooms and kitchen. In addition, her cleaner brought her family members to our house when she was supposed to be cleaning. They were in and out of the house smoking on the back patio. We have cameras installed and were able to see it on the video. When i discussed the incident with Cassandra, her recommendation was to give them another try because they cleaned well (not the case with pet hair). She also forgot about an appt I had told her about where she was scheduled to meet with a contractor. In addition, she wouldn’t respond to my requests and ignore my questions.

If I could give Ryan 7 stars on a 1-5 star scale I would. Why... well let me tell you why, because I couldn't have asked for a better realtor in Northern AZ. He is very knowledgeable in regards to the market in Flagstaff, to the contract and how to lock a good buyer in, and how to ensure to you get top dollar. Great customer service and it never felt like a burden to speak with him. We will use him again soon to buy the land we have been looking at. I would recommend him to my parents that how happy we are with him and his entire team! Why not give him 8 stars because common man! you can't give a 8 star on a 1-5 star scale! SOLID 7 STAR GUY!

Our experience with Mr. Baldwin was professional and expedient. My husband and I were looking for investment rental property for our daughter while she attended the University in Flagstaff. Greg was a good listener and very quick to register what we were looking for. He arranged showings of property that met our criteria within just a few hours. Once we made an offer, Greg managed the procedures seamlessly and timely, and was in constant communication, which was important to us since we live out of state. He knows the market, the area, is personable, and his advise is honest and straightforward. Greg is an excellent realtor to work with.
