Joshua was and is awesome, he help me with everything that I needed to know with the sale and most of all his people skill is a cut above the rest I would work with Joshua any given time and even though there was no reason for him to come to the closing he still did just to make sure I didn't need anything and I appreciate how he deal with my sale and how we got along thank you very much Joshua

Anderson was a pleasure to work with. He was very responsive at all times. He helped us to get excellent contractors who put in floors and painted in the first two weeks that we owned the house, so we could move in on time. The closing went smoothly. I highly recommend him.
