Jennifer Blake is an expert Real Estate professional who delivers excellent outcomes. She represented me in a home purchase and in a lease agreement. One of her strengths is in having a great sense of empathy, realizing how residential real estate transactions can be closely tied to one’s personal life. Her ability to build a solid rapport and learn what your needs are drives her effective management style. She handles her business with a great deal of respect and is also a warm person who is delightful to work with! - She is extremely knowledgeable regarding the real estate process and seamlessly coordinates all the important details. She was highly responsive to clarify answers to all my questions. Jennifer prepared my paperwork thoroughly and ensured that I completed it in a timely and accurate manner. She followed through with me throughout the entire process, with consistent and concise communication. - She listens to wishes and encourages fulfilling those. She also took time to find out my pricing targets and therefore negotiated well on my behalf. - She does a fabulous job with marketing! I loved working with Jennifer! She is very professional yet extremely personable. She truly had my best interest at heart and helped me find the perfect place. Jennifer made everything very easy on my end - she was very responsive to all of my questions and requests and followed through with everything promptly. She was always supportive of my decisions, big or small, and super patient...it was a long journey because I was very particular about what I wanted, to say the least! Jennifer gave me sound advice on many aspects of this process which led me to finally purchase the place now I proudly call home. Thank you Jennifer, I would not have done this without your guidance, expertise, patience and drive! I absolutely love my new place!
