Searching for a home or property can become stressful, especially when it's a tough market. Working with Michele was wonderful. Her extensive knowledge of the area, businesses, services, and climate provided us with the confidence we made the right decision. Michele took the time to understand our needs and desires. She went beyond our expectations with her delegent efforts to find properties, arrange showings, and follow up with answers to our questions. When we made our offer she took charge of the process and made it a smooth, stress free experience. When the first purchase agreement fell apart Michele didn't skip a beat and we jumped right back into property hunting again! Michele found another property, worked with us to prepare our offer, and closed the deal! We are grateful for Michele's efforts and highly recommend her.

Michele is always avalible. She is easy to communicate with. Her skills are top notch. She knows the area, and her experience in real estate is amazing!!! She knows many people in the area and was able to recommend places/people/ information and addresses that I may have inquired about. She rolled up her sleeves and worked hard to get what was needed to be done. She is in your corner!! I can’t thank her enough for making this such a smooth and thorough transaction. I have already recommended Michele to family and friends whom are looking to relocate up here in “gold country”. Land, property, or housing, I highly recommend her. Michele ROCKS!!!

working with Michele made buying our first home so easy! I have always heard how stressful and hard the process is but in our case it was super easy and a great experience. We knew nothing about the home buying experience. Michele was very quick to respond no matter the day or time. She was very understanding and informative. She really gave us options and allowed us to make the decisions, unlike some Relators we have tried working with in the past. She was not afraid to bargain for us, speak up for us and to ask the listing agent and seller for things we wanted. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Thank you Michele for making the process of buying our first home easy and a very pleasant experience!

I am a single mother of two who was burnt out of our home in Santa Rosa last October. When the opportunity to own a home came up, I was scared to say the least. I had no idea how the process worked or how to go about it. I am not from the area and didn't know much. I had been looking around on Zillow and had many agents contact me. However, Michele was on top of her game from the first correspondence. She was prompt and knowledgeable every step of the way. She took us to look at a few of the homes I was interested in as well as sending me a bunch of other properties to look at. She even took us to look at the first home three times and she does not exactly live in the area. We oddly enough landed on the first property we looked at. Throughout the process she was available through text, phone or email at all times, due to the fact my work schedule was a little wonky. She always reassured me and made sure all my decisions were something I felt comfortable with. Once the process started, I had no idea how long it would take. Michele was prompt with writing the offer and counter-offers and communicating with the selling agent. It took much longer than expected due to the fact it was a disaster loan and required a lot of extra paperwork. Michele was incredibly reassuring and when I would fret about the timeline taking so long. She was also great with reassuring the sellers that we were doing everything possible on our end to close the loan as quickly as possible. As a first time home buyer, the process is scary and overwhelming, finding an agent on Zillow can also be intimidating because you don't know the person. I would recommend Michele a 100X over. She gave me a wonderful experience and was there every step of the way. I am forever grateful for her being a part of my first time buying a home. Thanks again Michele!

Michele did an amazing job and guided me through the entire process. I can't thank her enough. She went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything and advised me whenever I was unsure of next steps. She went as far as being a quasi-therapist when the home buying process had me a little stressed out. I could not ask for a better experience. Thank you!!!
