Venessa helped me set a price, based on comparable properties. She helped me stage the home. When we got multiple offers, she advised me how to proceed. After accepting the offer, she kept everything moving along, submitting forms for me to sign, and explaining things I didn’t understand. She is kind, professional, and always ready to help, especially when I needed clarification.

There was a couple cities we were looking in and she helped us out showing us quite a few different properties throughout a months time Did not have a problem meeting us at the different locations numerous times I believe she’d be very helpful for anybody that wanted to use her as a realtor

We were really pleased to have worked with Kip Machado and her team to purchase a new vacation home in Blue Lake Springs / Arnold CA. Her local knowledge and expertise were so helpful, especially through the escrow period, and she was responsive through the entire process. We found her to be fair, honest, and very professional, especially when negotiating with the seller's agent. We we would highly recommend her to anyone looking for home in the area.

Leah was wonderful from start to finish. From the first phone call, she was amazing with her knowledge and generous with her time. Finding a house that fit our needs was a challenge but Leah never complained and was always cheerful and constantly in contact with new suggestions. Being a local, Leah was very knowledgeable about the area and was able to guide us in finding the best location and space to fit our family perfectly. Leah was genuinely invested in making sure we found a home we would truly be happy with, and she wasn’t afraid to give honest guidance when she felt we were considering options we might later regret. The buying process could have been stressful, but she made the entire process feel smooth, organized, and manageable. What we found really pleasantly surprising was what happened after closing. Leah continued to stay in contact, guiding us in all the things we needed to do to get setup and organized with everything from utilities, to HOA, and even to getting the carpets cleaned. When unexpected issues came up with the house after closing, Leah didn’t disappear, she stepped in and handled negotiations on our behalf, advocating for us for a very fair resolution. Leah was very protective of us and made sure that we had gotten what had been expected with the purchase. This was unexpected and very touching. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
