A laid back but also very responsive team. Never pressured, authentic. Toby had good knowledge on history of property. Joan was a great buying agent and knew what I was looking for, even after being out-bid in a property and watching all my other choices accept offers, they were on my side and found a place that I couldn’t be happier with.

Team Jordan is the best you could ask for. They were very informative about listing they showed us and was very honest with the answers to the questions we asked about each house we were shown. They are on top of new listing's that come up and are willing to show houses at anytime. Since we have purchased our house, they are always available for continued questions we have regarding the house, utilities, area, ect. They also provide a booklet with important phone numbers of utilites,water, and vetted services such as contractors, painters, or handyman. We would highly recommend them and will to whomever we know.

Fantastic, as in they exceeded my expectations. Not only do they provide twice the expertise, they're able to leverage that by sharing the workload, Joan was able to focus on me while Toby handled the admin side; Toby knew the region I was interested in and where Joan had the listing. Thirty day close meant no delay, so when we did need to catch our breath, we still met deadlines. They have a great network of vendors who also recognized our timeframe and particular needs. They gently guided me through a productive negotiation, again exceeded my expectations. Thanks!

They say it takes a village which, in my case, it did. I live outside of the area and had re-connected with Gary and Suzanne to place my cabin on the market. They were my real estate agents when I bought this “little red cabin on the hill”. Four years later, I decided to sell. They immediately jumped in, and my cabin was on the market within days and sold within a few weeks. It was seamless. My sister lives close to my cabin and worked closely with Gary/Suzanne to get things done. We would have calls at night, after hours, to discuss next steps. I never lost a wink of sleep knowing that Gary/Suzanne were in charge. They are definitely a dynamic duo!
