My family and I had been looking to purchase a second home for several months. With it being a couple hours away from our current home, we needed someone we could trust and was readily available. We reached out to Leah Springman and after the first phone call we knew she was the realtor for us. She took the time to listen to and understand what we were looking for. She always had time for us which was important because our schedules were so crazy. She was always there to answer a question or had a suggestion. Leah was awesome and went above and beyond. We not only bought a house but we gained a friend !!

Leah was amazing to work with. She did an astounding job making sure that everything ran smoothly and that escrow closed on time. She set up inspections with my preferences in mind. When there was a hitch in the closing, she was able to navigate it such that closing happened when it was supposed to. I would definitely use Leah again for further transactions.

We had an incredible experience working with Amber Meyer to purchase our cabin in Arnold/Dorrington, CA. From start to finish, she was professional, knowledgeable, and always available to answer our questions. Multiple calls getting into the weeds with us , being flexible and accommodating last minute showings, negotiations for pricing, fixes, everything you could ask for she did for us. She was upfront with us on additional costs we were unaware of, her insight into rental market was invaluable and she even advised us to say no to a house based on return on investment in terms of rental revenue. That house was bigger and more expensive, her advice really solidified that she was truly looking out for our interests. This made us blindly trust her for everything moving forward. We truly appreciated her patience and expertise, and we couldn’t be happier with our new cabin.
