Caprice was an amazing asset for me while making my first property purchase. Not only did she provide answers, and advice, to my questions, but she answered questions I didn’t even know to ask! She and her colleagues were always available when I needed them. Caprice listened carefully to my wants list, then helped me find a home that fulfilled almost all of my needs. I’m so glad I found Caprice!

I highly recommend Caprice Butzler and Busy Bee Realty. Caprice facilitated the sell of my childhood home. Her experience in the Calaveras market exceeded my expectations through every step. We hit a few challenging obstacles along the way, her expertise and knowledge of local contractors as well as her excellent reputation woking with local experts resulted in the successful sale of our property. I live out of the area and wouldn’t of been able to coordinate with the right local professionals to complete the sale in a timely manner. Caprice is creative in her approach to handle challenges, her organizational skills and attention to detail resulted in a smooth transaction. She was a rock when support was needed, communicated reliably and handled many issues with the grace and wisdom that only comes from vast experience in the business. We highly recommend Caprice to anyone buying or selling a home in the Valley Springs area. In fact we would not use anyone else. Caprice’s Mom, Billie, sold us our first house in 1990. There was no question about who we would choose as our realtor to sell it. Caprice. She is knowledgeable. Responsive. Dependable. Helpful. Resourceful. And goes above and beyond. Even as her daughter was getting married she coordinated repairs, navigated bumps in the road, and stayed positive and cheerful all the while. Thank you, Caprice. They need more stars and fireworks to rate Caprice! She is knowledgeable, smart, fun and we looked forward to seeing her just as much as house shopping! She found a more than perfect home for us even when we started to loose patience in this market she helped us go slow and wait until the perfect home was found!
