Robert has been a longtime friend and the only person I would have chosen to sell my house. He kept me informed and sane through all the hoops I needed to jump through in the process. Lori, backed up by Robert, did a fantastic job for us. She was extremely knowledgeable, warm and reassuring, and made the process fun! We had one idea for the listing price, and Lori showed evidence to adjust that a bit. She guided us in preparing our home for showings, and gave us realistic expectations of the marketing process. The result was a prompt offer and comfortable negotiations which led to a sale price we were delighted with. She was knowledgeable and helpful in walking us through the many aspects of the contracts involved. Other friends have already enlisted the team, I highly recommend Lori and Robert.
