We just sold our Evergreen residence after 34 years. I have known Robert for more than 20 years and have referred legal clients to him in the past. He has always been diligent and knowledgeable regarding mountain real estate and we naturally turned to him when we decided to list. Both he and Lori know the market and the steps to take prior to listing. He sent a woman to stage the house so that its best features stood out. The home was priced right and sold in four days! We are grateful for Robert's and Lori's assistance throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them for and sellers (and buyers) in the mountain areas.
