Kim did an excellent job as our realtor for the purchase of my new home. She kept us abreast of the process & updates on a daily basis from making the offer & closing on the new house. Shanda was a pleasure to work with, from day one. Her knowledge of the real estate industry was crucial in helping us navigate the sale of our home. We were able to close, during a time that was not so good for the seller. We did have to drop our price to reflect the market. Shanda was always there with new comps and advice on what we should do.
