We met Richard by chance at another agent's listing, but we are so happy we did. At the time we had a long list of items that we wanted in our next home. Rich made sure to listen to what we wanted, and helped us search place after place to find our new family home. He made sure to make himself available to us for over a year for lending questions and home showings sometimes with less than 24 hour notice. Once we found our new home he worked tirelessly on our behalf. He was invaluable as we negotiated the sell of our home, and coordinating the purchase of our new home. During a stressful time, Rich made many details much easier on us by always advocating on our behalf. Richard's experience and expertise in the north eastern Indiana market is unmatched and puts all of his knowledge into helping his clients!

Richard was great to work with and very responsive to our crazy schedules. Also has great follow through. We even gave less than 24 hour notice for one showing and he made it happen It was a pleasure working with Richard.

Richard went above and beyond to help us find a home. We were able to get a home within our price range that exceeded our expectations. He was quick to schedule showings, answered all questions, took care of issues we had, and made sure we were taken care of well past the sell.

I was looking for a realtor and I found Richard Brown on Zillow. We were in the beginning stages looking to sell our home. Richard has good reviews and has years of experience in the real estate. We signed on with him about a year ago, through the whole process he helped us buy our home we live in now and also he sold our home! He is helpful, honest and understanding. I would recommend Rich to anyone who is looking to buy or sell their home. No matter how big or small, Rich will get the job done!

House went on market and in 2days we had an offer. It was quick and easy getting it sold thanks to Richard! House sold at exact price he said it would. He knows his real estate. I certainly recommend him!
