Renee was fabulous! At each step she was beyond competent, knowledgeable, and available. She gave expert advice, which we followed. The result: sold in 5 days above asking price. Her work on negotiations between the offer and the close: GOLDEN. Expert team: pictures, staging, publicity. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend her.

Lee was great. He listened, he advised, he was personable working with him felt like he really wanted the best for us and helped us get to our goal. I plan on recommending him to anyone else I know and am recommending him right now to anyone reading this review.

Renee is a true professional in every sense. She has a gentle soul and patiently helped me go through this emotional experience. Renee and her team did an excellent job preparing my house to show to the public. It took only one day to get several offers!!! I cannot thank her enough.

Renee is an outstanding Real Estate Agent. From the first day we spoke and met, she spent a long time answering all my questions, providing objective data regarding comps in the area and sharing her knowledge of the real estate market. She did an analysis and advised the best price to ask. Renee was prepared to tackle selling a home with Solar Panels which was my biggest concern. Renee made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps that many realtors do not take (but should). She had a professional photographer come and take pictures along with drawing up a floor plan. When I saw the listing I was blown away. Her hard work, experience and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off. The listing looked amazing showing the beautiful garden. I had 35 offers in one day. I accepted the offer and the house was sold. I realize that selling a home isn't always going to be this easy but having an experienced agent such as Renee made the process a good experience. Renee is a true professional and a genuinely kind lady. I highly recommend her. In my opinion there isn't a better agent.

Renee did an excellent job managing the sale of our Buffalo Grove home of 31 years. She made the process seamless and her recommendations for pricing, listing, and the entire process was amazing.
