Renee was fabulous! At each step she was beyond competent, knowledgeable, and available. She gave expert advice, which we followed. The result: sold in 5 days above asking price. Her work on negotiations between the offer and the close: GOLDEN. Expert team: pictures, staging, publicity. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend her.
