Mandee was a great realtor to work with while selling our home! She was professional and very responsive. She was also a huge help for improvement recommendations before we listed our home. After living in the Florence Al. area my entire life, including living in my last home there for the past 26 years, making a move to Huntsville was a big decision for us. With Mandee's help and guidance we were able to sell our home in Florence in only one day. She then located a number of homes in Huntsville for us to visit and ultimately purchase our choice. Her professional attitude, knowledge of the process and eagerness to make sure we were happy was outstanding!

Mandee takes the right amount of time to figure out what you need and what you want. She never stressed the situation and was willing to show the house as much as needed. While also offering us the same flexibility of looking at houses we wanted to step into. We would use her services again.
