Randi was so great to work with, would definitely recommend her to anyone moving to the region. We are new to this area so it was very helpful to have someone who was very knowledgeable about the area and the market. We love our new home!

After a bad experience with another brokerage, Randi swooped in to save the the day. We just missed the peak of the market and were riding the downward trend, but Randi never ceased marketing and found us a buyer fairly quickly. Unfortunately, the buyer's lender took their time, and 3 mos later we finally closed, but Randi fought the good fight for us the whole time along and we ultimately successfully closed! Thank you Randi for your tenacity and professionalism! Randi is highly recommended!

Randi was always courteous, ethical and responsive. When the buyer came up with an unreasonable demand, she came up with a compromise that was agreeable to both parties. We moved out of state before the house was sold. We trusted her to have some work done by vendors and our trust was well-founded.

We've done 5 home purchase/sales and Randi is the best agent we've had, and we've had another excellent agent. She is on top of everything, leaving no work for you to do. I'm confident if you're house can be sold she will get it done quickly and at a great price. Not to mention Randi is just a lovely person to work with in general.
