Melissa was very helpful in the process of selling my mom's home. She was patient with the process and made sure that we understood how everything was going to work. If there was ever a time where we were unsure about something, we kept the communication open with Melissa and she took the time to go over everything in detail so that we were all on the same page. I felt like she listened to our concerns, and kept us informed and educated enough in the process that our expectations were realistic rational. She was not pushy or condescending like previous encounters with other realtors in the area. She was genuine and helpful, and I would recommend Melissa to any of my friends and family that may be in the market for her professional help with selling or buying a home.

Melissa is the best! As a first time home buyer I needed someone to really guide me through the whole process. She made everything so easy! She took the time to explain the details and answer any and all questions along the way. She always made herself available to show properties at short notice and work around my schedule. Even during the very competitive housing market she encouraged me and ensured me I would find my dream home. She was right! I would recommend her to anyone!
