We have bought and sold 10 houses over the years and Phil Owens was by far the best Realtor we have ever worked with. To start off, I would like to say that Phil Owens has been nothing short of exceptional, and we can’t even begin to express how pleased we are with his service. Phil is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market and by hiring him you gain access to all of that knowledge. We were very particular about what we wanted and Phil looked above and beyond to find it. He was exceptionally honest, which was something that was very essential to us. We had questions left and right about the process and certain costs and areas, and Phil always guided us in the right direction while being very respectful and polite. Throughout the entire process of buying our dream home, Phil was there to help us feel comfortable and informed. Any questions that came up he always answered quickly and professionally. When we went to tour the houses he always explained every detail to us and really made us feel like he was trying to find the absolute best for us, not just make a quick sale. I used Phil Owens to sell my home and could not have been happier with the service he provided. He is professional and helped guide me threw the entire process. This home sale was an emotional experience for me and Phil was sensitive to this and always kept a cool and professional mind set with me at all times, he stayed positive and really made me feel more at ease. He always seemed to have my best interest at heart and I really appreciated this. I was so impressed with the service Phil provided that I have once again hired him in another real estate transaction. Threw all this I have had to spend a lot of time with Phil Owens and gotten to know him pretty well. He is a not just a very good real estate agent.
