Kimberly is a truly honest, kind and outstanding realtor. She exceeded all expectations when selling my home and I gained a new friend in the process. She acts high high integrity and honesty and she thoroughly answered all of my questions. She continuously followed up and followed through with every little detail. Malik Bob is a wonderful person and an awesome realtor. He is trustworthy, very knowledgeable, and a tech savvy! He exceeded my expectations. He sold my aunt’s house in a short span of time; and escrow went smoothly and closed in a timely manner. It was a Trust sale and he received over 15 offers and sold the property over 50K of asking price. He is very flexible with his schedule, even on weekend and off hours. He kept me updated throughout the whole process of selling a property , and answered all of my questions. His personality is great; easy to talk to, and noticed he does not only care about the business, but also establishes rapport with his client. He is excellent and takes pride in the work he does. I engaged Zach when after my husband’s passing I was unable to keep up with the mortgage and property tax. We had used Zach before when my late husband wanted to sell his house and he helped us find this property. Zach listened, made recommendations, was very patient and was always available. Not to mention very personable. I plan on recommending Zach to family and friends who are looking to buy or sell a house

We met Mailk at an Open House. After working with an agent for 6 months and not finding our home, Malik was an an answer to our prayer. We never again felt misunderstood, pressured, or frustrated. He listened, asked the right questions and understood our needs. He would genuinely say, “ if this in not the one, we will keep looking. I’m here for you.” He worked closely with our loan officer to assure we were intentionally looking at homes within our means. Within a month of meeting him we found our home and Malik was there to guide us thru the initial negotiations and escrow process. We trusted his sincerity and honesty in evaluating and posing different scenarios for us. He respected our decisions. Additionally, he always kept in contact and would answer all our questions any time of day or night. If he didn’t know, he would be honest and tell you. He would research it and come back to us. Malik knows he will be our forever agent. We trusted him with our needs and will trust him with the needs of our four children in the near future.
