Very happy with Pete and Renata Lasalle. It was an extremely easy process and they walked my fiancé and I through everything. Would highly recommend.

The service was very good. They did everything to promote the house and provided good advice. Renata was also very knowledgeable about the local market and real estate related transactions. She did a great job taking pictures of the house and write a great description. We were away a lot when the house was on the market and they helped keep an eye on it. At one point, one potential customer expressed concerns about an old water stain but was not clear in the feedback. Renata went to the house and took some pictures and confirmed it was an old stain, not new. That meant a lot to us. That provided a lot of useful advice on how to make the house more presentable.

My husband and I are beyond thrilled with The LaSalle Team. After meticulously researching and interviewing over a half dozen selling agents to sell our Crown Point home, Pete and Renata LaSalle had all the criteria we were looking for in a partner to get the job done! We wanted someone professional, knowledgeable, driven, honest, gave good feedback, had a precise marketing plan, fast at responding, and it would be a bonus if they were fun to work with over the time we'd be meeting our goals to sell the house quickly and at top dollar. They surpassed our expectations. We sold our home in less than 24 hours in a bidding war and got over-asking price. The pictures and video they took to market the home were excellent and I know did their part in showcasing the best features of the home to sell it FAST. As we were negotiating and finishing up the sale of the home, they were impressive with their communication and always on top and one step ahead of our questions. I would no doubt recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home in Northwest Indiana.

Pete and Renata are amazing resources! Very knowledgeable, professional and reliable. They know the area and were available any time we needed help. Extremely friendly and will go above and beyond to help their clients out.

Pete and his team were excellent! We are moving to Indiana from Illinois and had to use a different realtor in Illinois and let me tell you that it was like night and day between the two realtors! Pete was always there when we needed him and was always easy to get in contact with and helped guide us through the whole process! He even met one of the inspectors at the house for us because we are out of state! Without a doubt I would recommend him to anyone!
