Kaitlin at PCA was amazing to work with. I was a loan officer at one point so I knew the process pretty well, But she surprised me often with how much I still didn't know. There's no way we could have done it without her. We love our house and she represented us like we were her family. 100% would reccomend.

As first time buyers it’s a bit daunting beginning the process of looking for a home, especially in todays market. However Kaitlin made the whole process enjoyable by providing us with her excellent knowledge and years of experience. Going above and beyond by quickly communicating and ensuring we understood all the information we received. Always being on the look out for new properties to go view even over a year into our search. Not looking to make a quick buck but instead helping us find the perfect home for us. Kaitlin was a great help in the buying process and was fun to work with! It was our first home so she answered all of our questions promptly and openly. The whole experience went smoothly with the help of Kaitlin. She also made the signing day special by giving us some goodies to help make a house a home. Aly and Loren were an amazing team! They were very patient and honest with us as first-time home buyers, ensuring we understood the process, informing us of any problems they saw when visiting homes, and whether asking prices were fair. Loren was highly knowledgeable about home construction and pointed out potential issues or items that would need to be fixed after purchasing. Aly was a fantastic communicator and was very effective in finding the potential in the homes we viewed! Both were so friendly and helpful, making themselves readily available to us to look at houses, go over offers, or ask questions! The software they used to keep track of new home listings sent us alerts, allowing us to visit them the day they became available. Overall, they both made home buying an easy experience, and without their guidance we wouldn't have gotten our dream home! We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new home!
