I can't recommend Kristin G enough! From answering all of our questions to helping stage our home and buying a new one, she was with us every step of the way. Loren is down to earth, a hard worker, honest, very easy to communicate. He’s very knowledgeable in realty but also construction which was helpful. It was a pleasure working with Loren and I don’t think you’d find a more honest and professional realtor.

Pennie Carroll is tops in her field! She was helpful from the start…even down to telling me what day to list my house because it was right on a parade route through town and the parade was happening the next day. I had my own inspection done early & knew some items that would need to be taken care of. Pennie was able to share recommendations for reputable companies that would be able to do the work in a timely fashion. She is knowledgeable and shared advice, suggestions, support, & knew what steps were needed to get my home sold. She was always available by text, phone, & email. I highly recommend Pennie Carroll. I had two offers at the same time and Pennie helped us choose the best one! Great fun seeing the SOLD sign!
