Kaitlin helped us buy and sell our first home. We looked for our very first home at the end of COVID, as I was in my first year of medical school, and sold that same home during my first year of residency, with Kaitlin by our side every step of the way. She was always available to answer any questions via call or text. She helped organize every inspection, making what was a very difficult process fun. Kaitlin helped with our real estate needs during very uncertain times and took away worry, allowing our first home to be something to look forward to. I can't speak enough about how exceptional her work was. She is knowledgeable, professional, and still personable.

Working with Gina Boakye-Danquah was incredible. She was friendly, efficient, and professional. Most importantly, she always delivered for us. Whether it was a last minute showing, recommending inspectors, or explaining the ins and outs of the home-buying process to first-time buyers, Gina delivered. We highly, highly recommend her if you buying in the DSM metro area. If you're a first-time buyer, there is no better agent to guide you through the process.

Loren and Aly are the dream team! We were so fortunate to work with them to find our first home. As a first time home buyer there is a lot to learn, but they were beyond helpful and patient with us as they taught us everything we needed to know. They spent countless hours showing us houses until we found the perfect one for us. We lived out of state during our search, and they were more than accommodating to walk us through houses and line up showings when we were in town. The best part was, they never let us feel discouraged when we said no. They continued to support us and remind us that the best was still to come. Laura has been great to work with over the last year. We have searched for and I have purchased multiple investment properties with her as an agent. She is creative on her approach and willing to think outside the box with you on different ideas or possibilities. I will continue working with her for future properties to buy and sell.
