Pennie and her team were so easy to work with. I wanted to try to sell the property myself but I was very unsure of how to set the price due to the uniqueness of the property and scarcity of comparable homes in my area. What sold me on her was that, before I ever agreed to work with her, she did a market analysis for me to help me discover an all around good asking price. I didn't have good luck trying to do FSBO, so I decided to let her take the reigns and list it for me. After that everything went quite smoothly. Thanks Pennie!

Pennie helped make the home selling process incredibly simple and easy, helped me get in touch with a siding company to finish a final cosmetic repair. I also got married and was out of the country during close and she and her team helped ensure we still had a smooth closing process despite the hurdles.

Loren went above and beyond helping us move from Florida to Iowa. He is highly knowledgeable of the greater Des Moines area and was able to offer a lot of insight so we could find the perfect location for our family. Our well-organized showings allowed us to see as many listings as possible during our short visit. Loren willingly provided video showings of properties when we couldn't be there. He worked hard for us, and we will recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Kristin Goodwin helped us sell our house and get into a bigger and better suited house for us. We lived in a small ranch house that was built in 1941. We accepted an offer the first day on the market. She dealt with the buyers and their demands, she was great to work with, she didn't drop the ball on anything, she was on top of it all. She was easy to talk to, very friendly and gave us great guidance on the whole process. She truly cares about her clients and acts in their best interest at all times. She made the process pretty easy. I highly recommend her!
