When we decided to sell our house we wanted to go with someone who was local, and from the first meeting with Paula we felt that she was just what we needed. She was very responsive, knowledgeable, and everything she said would make perfect sense, so we decided to just follow her suggestions for making the house ready and let her team handle the rest of the process.

Paula’s team is outstanding! Katie, Amy, everyone acted in such a professional manner making the sale of our family home a great experience. Our house was sold in one week with multiple offers and above the asking price. The team has attention to details and had a commitment to us through out the process. From start to finish they always made themselves available. We would highly recommend Paula’s team for anyone selling or purchasing a house.

Paula and her team are very knowledgeable about real estate for houses in our area. They gave us great guidance about preparing and showing our house, and produced an excellent brochure and video for marketing our home. They were responsive to issues that arose and we were grateful for their positive approach and advice.

Paula (“Boss Lady”) Clark. I gave her this name because she took charge after two failed “under contract” real estate deals with a previous inexperienced broker. I initiated a call to Paula and got a quick response and meeting. She assured me after the meeting that she would take me to the “closing table” and Boss Lady Clark delivered on her promise! Not only did she get us to the closing table, but she got us there above the asking price! She is extremely personable and patient! We love how she interacted with everyone involved with the transaction. On behalf of my wife, my mother in law and myself “thank you to the Paula Clark team!

After 35 years in our much loved home we asked Paula Clarke of Paula Clarke Team, Coldwell Banker, in Hillsdale to make recommendations of what we should update/paint/repair in our home prior to putting it on the market. We were happy to have the advice of a professional and we managed to make the changes at our leisure. Meanwhile, we purchased our new home. Putting our home up for sale in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic was no easy feat. With no Open Houses being held and potential buyers viewing the sale via the web Paula advised us she would stage our house to promote the property. Paula was with us every step of the way making suggestions and recommendations. We sold our house not once but twice as the first sale fell through. We are grateful to Paula for all she did to help us through the Sale and to find the right buyers.
