Susie expertly helped us sell our home and purchase a new home for our family's needs. She demonstrated strong negotiation tactics throughout, was an utmost professional in all aspects, and she provided advice throughout our experience. Her patience throughout the process was amazing, as I was a very selective buyer. I highly recommend her whether you are buying, selling, or just shopping. Susie Eros has been my agent for numerous transactions in the last few years. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Mostly, I appreciate her integrity, professionalism and directness. Susie follows through on everything she promises big or small. No detail gets past her no matter how insignificant. She's committed to her client getting the best service and results she can provide. There's no questioning her work ethic because she is always there when you need here. She will give you the good news and sometimes maybe what you don't want to hear, but what you need to hear. What I find most endearing about Susie is her humor. She always brings a laugh to the table which I enjoy immensely. She is a Realtor who you can put your trust in because she will do exactly what she says.

Susie was awesome! She cared about US, not just the sale. She caught red flags we never would have thought of, and guided us to the home that we couldn't be more thrilled with! We were willing to pay 15k above asking price, but Susie worked her magic and helped us strategically pay right at asking price. We had a great realtor when we bought our first house, but Susie was NEXT LEVEL when we bought our forever home. Thank you, Susie!
