Patrick restored my faith in realtors, i hated dealing with them. Understand that Patrick was the selling agent on our purchase... He did not work for us, we had our buying agent. This is the truth that follows.. Without Patrick we would not own our new place, would not have happened. I found myself turning to Patrick for his opinions, expert advise and guidance on many things. He ALWAYS came through. A good, honest hard working family man that I consider now a friend. Still shocked with his integrity and so thankful he was placed in our path. No exaggeration.

Patrick far and away exceeded our highest expectations and hopes. He immediately understood our needs and set out to meet them. Patrick was scrupulously honest in sharing his knowledge of both the mechanics of the homes we viewed and the local market. He was neither greedy nor hurried, gave us all the time we needed, and encouraged us to wait for exactly the right house and not to settle or overpay. Even after the sale was completed and he had received his commission, he continued to help us get comfortable in the neighborhood and offer his expertise. It was nothing less than his expertise, professionalism, and warmth that enabled us to find exactly what we were looking for and hoping for. It was a privilege to work with him, and I would do it again in a NY minute. I strongly recommend Patrick and and his wonderfully supportive assistant, Jackie.

No podemos hablar lo suficiente de nuestra experiencia con Patrick Jaimez. Mejor, imposible ! Mi esposo y yo fuimos compradores de casa por primera vez, nos guio de principio a fin en cada proceso.
