Pam was so wonderful to work with! We bought our Pensacola house while living out of state, and she handled every aspect of our purchase/closing with efficiency and finesse. She schedule everything and we truly had the easiest experience, ever, purchasing our home. She set aside one full day to spend with us while we were in town, and even responded after hours to ensure our offer was submitted on time. She responded to all texts immediately, and remained in contact 24/7. I highly recommend!!!

We chose Pam to help us sell our condo in Navarre recently and were so grateful for her knowledge, guidance and professionalism. There were a couple of bumps along the way with buyers that she handled with grace and confidence, which was especially comforting as we live out of state. She is prompt with her communication and very adept at negotiating. Beyond her excellent professional qualifications Pam is a genuinely lovely person who I believe truly cares about her clients. Pam was incredible!! Words can’t even begin to explain her kindness & how easy she made this process for us. We moved to Pensacola from Philadelphia. It was a military move & had all the grounds for being super stressful! With Pam’s help it was nothing but seamless. We weren’t able to see the property ourselves until AFTER closing but Pam went above and beyond to ensure we did as much virtually as possible & we were completely comfortable with our choices. She worked wonderfully with the sellers & their agent. It truly was a wonderful experience & I’m so grateful to have found her.
