Pamela was amazing to work with! Beginning from our first meeting, she was very personable and professional. Her knowledge from both a seller and buyers’ perspective were extremely helpful to build confidence that decisions we were making as a seller would be desirable by a buyer. Pamela was extremely responsive throughout the process. We would highly recommend Pamela to anyone either buying or selling a home in the area!

Owning in Tahoe has been a dream of mine since I was a child. When it came time for my wife and I to start looking, we had already heard about Pamela’s wonderful reputation in the community and so it was an easy decision to reach out. Pamela immediately responded and sent us a collection of homes along with a wealth of information about each that fit our criteria. We selected several homes to view and scheduled a tour with her. We viewed several homes and at each Pamela was quick to point out all of the pros and cons and her local’s knowledge of the area was very impressive. Once we found our dream home, Pamela took the reins and expertly guided us through the whole process answering our deluge of questions, timely providing all required documents and navigating any issues effortlessly as they popped up. She worked tirelessly and diligently on our behalf to see the deal through to close. Even as I write this review today, Pamela continues to follow up to ensure we have had the best home buying experience possible. If you are looking to buy/sell in South Lake, definitely reach to Pamela, you will not be disappointed!

We purchased a house in Lake Tahoe several years through Pamela. The experience was so positive that we contacted her again last year when we wanted to upgrade to a larger home. Pamela found the perfect property for us and guided us through the process. Although we have bought and sold a few properties, it’s never easy or stress-free and all of the steps and hurdles make you feel like you’ve never been through the process before. Pamela was patient, responsive and above all honest and trustworthy. When you are dealing with one of the most stressful things that can happen in life it’s so important to know that your realtor has your back. Once we purchased our dream home we turned around and sold our original house through Pamela. Again, what could be an extremely stressful process was mitigated by Pamela‘s patience, guidance and professionalism. She jumped through many hoops to get our house sold unbelievably quick and for a price beyond our hopes. We could not have imagined a better outcome!

Pamela helped us to buy one home, later buy another home and then sell the first home. Our relationship has spanned 11 years since 2010. At first Pamela impressed us with patience, she showed us 19 homes in 2010-11 before we zeroed in on our dream second home. She then guided us through a painless purchase process and had us in our home before we knew it. She assisted us with the entire process from offer, to loan, to escrow and closing and made it all very easy. We eventually made Tahoe our primary home and decided last year to upgrade to a more permanent residence. Pamela didn’t have to show us as many homes this time because we knew what we wanted and had very specific goals, but fewer properties fit our criteria and the process took much longer, we looked at only 4 homes in 12 months. Pamela was again patient with our process, she helped us to filter the listings that we wanted to see, showed us the homes that we had more interest in, all while adding insightful opinions for our considerations. After almost giving up and ending the search, we finally found what we were looking for. Pamela was instrumental in helping us to land a choice property by guiding us to a speedy and significant reaction. The seller wanted a quicker close and Pamela stayed on top of things again by providing support for loans, escrow, inspections and moving decisions. We had to work on closing that purchase at the same time that we had to get our first home ready to go on the market. Pamela prepped us for the sales process, lined up an excellent photographer and got the home listed very successfully. The first showing occurred and the entire process from listing to close took only 11 days. We had several offers above asking and got to pick the most attractive. In all three transactions, Pamela was present and influential. She worked behind the scenes with the other agents to clear the way and helped us to make the best decisions. Pamela had a positive impact and we have no doubt that her presence helped achieve the desired outcomes of each transaction.
