Lindsay found our family our dream forever home! From the moment we met Lindsey we felt like we were looking for homes with a good friend who had been in the business for decades. The deep knowledge she has for real estate is matched only by her integrity as a realtor, and she has built a dream team of inspectors and contractors. From our first meeting to the day we signed papers was just under a month. Lindsey efficiently narrowed down our have-to-haves and helped us filter through all of the matching homes. Truly a master of intuition, she was often able to put words to why a house was or wasn’t right without influencing us. Lindsey negotiated strongly and fairly on our behalf, and we closed feeling like we got a great deal on our home. Lindsey’s dream team for us included a mortgage broker who we absolutely loved for her efficiency, knowledge, and responsiveness. A long list of inspectors who, unprompted, told us how good the other guy was. You know you’ve done something right when two different companies you work with have wonderful things to say about each other. Lindsey even found us an arborist at our request! We couldn’t have felt more secure going into escrow with Lindsey. That’s the end of the review, right? Nope. Lindsey then was able to give us a number of options for every change we wanted to make, from contractors to painters. We loved our contractor so much he did a second renovation job for us a few months later. Lindsey and every single person on her dream team is someone you’d want to have over to your home to hang out, they know what they’re doing and they’re just awesome people. We have told so many people the story of how we bought our family home and it brings a lot of joy to us that Lindsey will always be at the heart of that story.

This was our first time selling a house and we chose Nicole because she helped to sell my parents home a few years earlier. As expected, Nicole was so easy to work with. With the initial walk through of our house, she gave feedback on features and what potential buyers were looking for. Nicole was extremely informative and open about everything, she gave us a timeline to make a few suggested updates and when we could expect to get the home on the market . Everything happened so quickly, yet Nicole always kept us up to date and we ended up with several offers after one week on the market. Nicole walked us through each offer and talked through the pros/ cons. We made a great deal and would gladly work with her again if the opportunity presented itself.

We’ve known and had the pleasure of working with Nicole Causey for almost two decades now… She was first selected to represent us an agent for selling our property in the Tri-City area of Union City, Fremont, and Newark… After interviewing multiple agents, Nicole was selected based on her energy, spirit, knowledge related to the industry and most importantly on her “proven results” … Most recently Nicole represented us in marketing our property in Fremont… We were not at all surprised to learn that since our last experience of working with her, she had branched out to establish her own successful enterprise within the Real Estate industry… Needless to say, while maintaining the initial strengths which made her standout over others, those skill sets had grown and been enhanced by her foresight, vision(s) and strategies with regards to marketing properties… Most notably is her ability for recognizing not just the importance of staging, but “how” to stage a particular property… While each of the aforementioned characteristics are important when selecting an agent, we never lost sight of how important it was to us that our agent have and carry an exceptional sense of the importance of ethics, which Nicole has demonstrated on “every” level while working with her… One thing is for sure, you “cannot” go wrong when considering and selecting Nicole as an agent to represent you and your family when buying or selling a property…

Nicole was an absolute dream to work with! This is long (and overdue!) but if you're selling your home in the East Bay, please read. :) We worked with her to sell our home in the East Bay in January. Every step of the process was seamless and she truly helped remove a lot of the stress that comes with selling a home. She also got our home sold at the price point we were hoping for very quickly. She coordinated the staging and cleaning of our home prior, and both companies were friendly, reliable and professional. The staging done was reflective of the style of the home and utilized the space so well we wished we'd had their ideas when we first moved into the home! She also came over during staging (and before pictures) to make sure everything was in order. She also provided a schedule ahead of time that she stuck to - no random surprises or showings. This was vital as we were living in the home, work from home, plus have a toddler and a dog. In addition to coordinating all of the moving pieces that go into selling a home seamlessly, she was warm, responsive, and very knowledgeable of not only the market but the impact interest rate fluctuations have on the market. She was honest and realistic about timing, pricing, and buyer interest. Even after our home was sold, she helped us tie up some loose ends with the title company and remained as responsive as ever. She is the best!

My wife and I met 10 realtors when we were looking for our first home 9 years ago, Nicole stood out as the clear choice for being patient, knowledgeable, and practical. Today, two homes later, we couldn't be happier with our decision of working with Nicole. Over the years, we worked with Nicole on buying two houses and selling one. We first came across Nicole by visiting open houses in Fremont/Newark. We went to several of her open houses, and noticed that they were all carefully curated. Later on when she helped me sell my house, I got to know the behind-the-scenes details. Nicole had an A-list cross-functional team: home improvement, roofers, electricians, plumbers, gardeners, cleaners, or even escrow agents. They are all at the top of their respective game, and yet some of them don't even exist on Google/Yelp, despite doing better work than the highly rated ones I found myself. Nicole knows the Tri-city market really really well. She is a walking library. In real estate, people pay a lot of attention to comparables. When I find interesting comparables on Zillow/Redfin, I go to Nicole for insights. As soon as I mention the street name, she would already know about the property, and bring up things I have not researched about. After Nicole helped us buy the first house in 2014, we stayed in touch. She had always been very generous and responsive in answering my questions every year, from market insight to refinance, from remodeling contacts to earthquake insurance policies. At one point, I was looking for a house in Los Angeles, Nicole put in good effort in helping me make connections in that market, despiste she would not profit from that work. Nicole is very practical and efficient. When buying or selling a house, inevitably folks would have to come across some financial or legal questions. Most licensed realtors might say you need to consult with a tax advisor for X, financial planner for Y, or lawyer for Z. Nicole might not be a financial planner or a lawyer, but I know she has tons of relevant experiences with over 19 years of experience. At my request, she could still share insight on these topics, which makes the process so much more efficient and productive. My friends also worked with Nicole in selling their house. They were also very happy. All in all, Nicole is a fantastic realtor. I look forward to continuing working with, and learning more from Nicole.
