Nestor was really great help for my family and me. He helped us buy a home. Got us prequalified for the loan in no time. He was always available for showings. Super flexible. I felt like I was bugging too much at times and apologized for having him show us so many properties to just keep saying not this one. Nestor looked straight into my eyes and said “my job is to make sure u guys are happy, is ur investment take ur time” I just saw how honest and passionate he is about what he does. Anyways we found something we fell in love with and had the keys within a month. Really nice person blunt and straight forward (awsome). Now he helped us sell our property. He posted for sale on a Monday evening. Tuesday morning already had like 4 scheduled showings one which did a straight cash offer the same day. So basically our home was sold in less than 24hrs. He works fast and gets straight to business. We really appreciate everything Nestor has done for us and would recommend him to everyone. Thanks Nestor you are the best!!!
