Christian did an amazing job of finding my forever home! He was attentive, extremely patient, very knowledgeable of the housing market, builders, and only showed houses that fit my budget, my dream home esthetics, and family friendly locations. Christian is very personable, friendly and encouraging. He emphasized his desires to find us the perfect fit! He didn’t let me panic when my initial loan fell through and because of his great relationships with local lenders was able to place us in great hands with a new lender quickly! I am forever grateful for his time, patience, and care given to my entire family. He’s a true gem and someone I can call my “friend”

Jessica was a delight!! Her knowledge and experience created a flawless process and she was so very helpful! I delighted in the fact that she was honest, and forth coming in her knowledge. She always kept me well informed!! Absolutely recommendation!!

Molly was awesome we needed to move very fast and she did just that including connecting us with our Lender! She proposed the perfect offer to get us exactly what we needed and everything worked out great! She got us access to the Home early so we could start moving in immediately upon closing and worked with us the whole way. Id recommend her 10/10!

Cathi Fritz was excellent to work with. She promptly answered our calls and went the extra mile to show us properties at the last minute. She’s knowledgeable about the area and knew where to direct our search. She kept our specific criteria in mind and sent us houses as soon as they were listed, giving us a leg up in a market where the best houses go fast. She is organized, knowledgeable about the process of buying a home, and professional. The process of buying a home can be stressful. Cathi Fritz does her best to eliminate that stress and makes the process fun.

I feel so fortunate to have worked with Molly on my home purchase. She is very knowledgeable of the housing market and the local area. She was supportive of me throughout the whole process; encouraging when needed and full of positive energy! Molly was super flexible with the showings and a firm negotiator when needed.
