As first time home buyers we were nervous to jump into this crazy market. Allie was there every step of the way to guide us through the process and make everything run smoothly. She was on top of every little detail and did everything she could to prepare us and make sure our offers were competitive and thought out. We are so thankful and love our new home!!

Allie is absolutely AMAZING!! She has been working with us for the last 2 years, she has been so patient & shown us many different houses. After 2 years, we finally found the perfect first house for us that checked all of the boxes! She had our offer letter put together promptly. We even got told from the sellers how well put together our offer letter was. I cannot recommend Allie enough!!

Wow! Allie Nicholson made buying a house such a breeze. I was a first time home buyer and nervous jumping into this market but she helped me every step of the way and I never felt uncomfortable. Allie was professional and personal! She was very knowledgeable and went out of her way to share all of that knowledge. I will recommend Allie to anyone selling/ buying/ building. She took care of it all! 5 STARS!!

The thought of buying land for the first time was a bit scary but Allie made the entire process seem effortless. Due to the nature of our purchase, there were a lot of hoops to jump through as well as questions that need to be answered. She went above and beyond for us and did all of the heavy lifting. This shows the commitment she has for her customers! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to make an type of real estate purchase.

Allie was AMAZING in our home buying process. For being first time home buyers, we were not ready for this wild market. Allie was so incredibly dedicated to helping us find the perfect home and stopped at nothing to fight for us. She was willing to book showings at the drop of a hat and got us in to see homes almost immediately. I have friends that missed out on homes because their realtors were not quick and flexible to get them in for showings and all I could say was "you should be working with Allie!". I am grateful for the work she put in to ensure we were always comfortable every step of the way and I truly felt she had our best interest at heart. We are extremely happy with the decision we ultimately made and it would not have been possible without Allie!
