We recently listed our home with Monika and had an amazing experience working with her. We have moved several times over the years and have never had an agent as professional, experienced, and personable as Monika. She was extremely thorough in her market analysis of our home which resulted in many offers and a quick sale. Her negotiating skills are exceptional and we received an amazing offer. She was always on time for phone and in person appointments and returned our calls or emails expeditiously. Monika is also great at marketing! She had our home inspected before we even listed and she had professional photos taken that really captured it’s warmth and beauty. We cannot recommend Monika Cronin enough. She goes above and beyond!

Monika is without a doubt the best realtor I’ve had the pleasure of working with. I was referred to her by my VA Loan team. Was moving from North Carolina to New York through a military move. Never lived in this area before and she was able to give me information on how utilities work as well as provide contact information. Assisted in breaking down the process with my wife and I and was very helpful when I needed additional info, communicates very promptly. I will be returning to her when the time comes.

As a first time home buyer- Monika exceeded any and all expectations we had going into this.
