Molly listed and promptly sold the house in Montgomery. She was pleasant, efficient and exhibited the utmost professionalism at all times. She went the "extra mile" to assist me in preparing the house for listing (meeting workers at the house, assisting me with locating services, etc...), as I was managing that process from out of town. I can recommend her with no reservations whatsoever.

Molly Drumwright served as an advocate for us as we were buying and selling our homes. She made sure that we were not taken advantage of and gave excellent advise on items such as listing price, appropriate pre-sale repairs and potential time frame for sale. My husband and I were very impressed with her knowledge of the area and she was a pleasure with which to do business. We were very pleased. I highly recommend her and her expertise whether buying or selling your home.

Molly is an excellent realtor. She is knowledgeable and was able to show me houses that would match what I desired. My father, who was in real estate law for over 40 years, commented to me about the outstanding job she did in showing me the house that I bought; I totally agree with him. She is nice, easy to talk to, knows what to look for and points out possible problems. I believe that she definitely spent the time necessary to find out what I wanted and needed, as well as ensuring that she looked out for my interests. I recommend her without reservation.

I contacted Molly and a few others by email from out of state months before searching for a home in hopes to begin understanding the area, the market, and projections for the future. Molly was responsive and very helpful with assisting me to understand what to expect. Once we were ready, she went above and beyond getting us into our home. Her insight was invaluable, and her patience and diligence when we ran into issues was more than we could have expected. The sale has closed months ago and Molly is still working with us to ensure we are settling in. She is passionate about our community and is a real asset . I’ve bought and sold several homes in multiple states and Molly is the best agent I’ve worked with by a wide margin.
