Shelly is awesome! She's very knowledgeable and available to her customers. She answered many questions for us and took care of many things ahead of time that we didn't even know could become an issue during our real estate transaction. We highly recommend her and we would gladly use her again and again.

Shelly helped us find our home in Sep. 2015. She was always available to show us houses, even if we scheduled something last minute. Michelle was an excellent resource and help to us during our home purchasing process! She was very fast to respond to any form of communication and was always available for last minute showings, etc. We decided to build a new home after some house hunting, and Michelle stayed with us through the process. She was very attentive and contacted the builder multiple times on our behalf over the 9 month process to ensure things stayed on track. She was always professional and kind! Highly recommend!

Michelle Epperly was our listing agent for selling our house. She was on top of everything happening and was in contact with us when any changes happened. The purchaser's loan took two months to close due to some problems they ran into. Michelle stayed on top of the lender and kept us briefed all along the way. She staged our house at no charge and we had two full price offers the first day the house was on the market. We travel a lot for work and Michelle made everything simple even from long distance. Very impressive and would definitely suggest anyone looking for a great agent use Michelle Epperly!
