BAD! We purchased a home 10/2023 within 24-48 hours of moving in we found washer did not work (had to buy new), garage door was cracked and bent (had to buy new) we were given a 2 week old inspection report from the realtor to use/review from a buyer that backed out from buying the home. So I decided not to do my own inspection. Big Mistake on my part! Also the back roof of the home was to have been done in 2019, per the sellers disclosure report given to us. We decided to have the roof looked at by a roofer after moving in and they found that it was done done correctly, so we decided to have total roof redone, after they tore off back roof material they found that the roof had several holes in wood from dry rot. We contacted both Kevin Reppy and Mike Reppy of Home Realty they said they could not help and I could hire a lawyer. Nice Guys

Listed 2 condos with Mike summer of 2022. 1 had an accepted offer in 3 or 4 days and closed shortly thereafter. The other had an uncooperative, long-term tenant. With me living in WI, my options for dealing with this were limited. Mike was able to offer ideas/suggestions and then pull together a team to assist in moving the tenant out and cleaning up the mess left behind. Offer received and accepted shortly thereafter. Thank you Mike for everything!!

I listed my home for sale in Sun City West with Mike Reppy. I could not be happier with his services! He went above and beyond. He always responded to me quickly and he always knew exactly what was going on with my place whenever I called him. We had three offers on my home the first day and we ended up getting more than the asking price. Then he continued to take care of all the details. Beginning with the initial meeting to list my property, I knew from talking with Mike that I was making the right choice hiring him as my realtor and that it would be a successful partnership. My home was not easy to sell. It is in an age-restricted community without a garage or adequate outdoor living space. It is a property that would be a hard sell to part-time residents wanting a garage for storage and security when they are not in Arizona. The property needed some repairs that were brought to my attention during 3 home inspections. Mike referred me to trusted, licensed contractors that did outstanding work making the needed/requested repairs. I could be considered a high-maintenance client, but Mike was patient and very responsive to all requests for updates or questions regarding the process. I could not be more pleased with his knowledge, professionalism, energy, patience and just the fact that he is a good person. You cannot go wrong with Mike Reppy. He is the BEST. Pamela M. Smith

I have had numerous realtors over the years and I can honestly say that Mike Reppy has exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Not only did he return my call immediately when considering selling he was prepared right away to get our home listed and had a realistic plan to get it done. Mike concurred with our thoughts of a fair asking price and even went a step above recommending a local seller of our home furnishings we no longer needed.
