My wife and I used Michael's service in January 2019 to look for a new apartment in Streeterville. Michael was there every step of the way providing great service. Michael helped us get our needs met. He represented us fairly and gave us his honest input on every unit we looked at. Michael was responsive to text, email, and phone, and he was willing to work around my schedule. This made it a lot easier to do business. He clearly has had a lot of experience and knows what he is doing. I highly recommend using him for any real estate services you need, whether you are selling, renting, etc.

From start to finish, Michael Maier provided a first class experience. His knowledge of the building in which I owned an apartment was exceptional and he has a strong working relationship with the building's administrators. The sales brochure featuring the apartment was produced promptly, the photographs were of the highest quality and the property was listed within 4 days of the initial meeting. There were several visits from interested parties within the first week and an agreed offer was finalized ten days after the original listing. Michael's attention to detail throughout the process was very reassuring and he is strongly recommended.

Michael represented us as our broker in the search for and purchase of a condo. He did outstanding work. He was thoughtful, diligent, and tremendously knowledgeable. He followed through on every detail, including after our contract was signed all the way to closing. Overall Michael was a delight to work with. I highly recommend him.

Worked with Michael for several months on buying a condo in Streeterville. We came very close to finding something but we chose instead to rent for another year or two. We will go back to him again when we are ready to buy. He is extremely knowledgeable, diligent, and responsive. Also found him to be a high integrity person. I highly recommend him.

My experience with Michael was very smooth and positive. He is very knowledgeable and goes out of his way to help you. He esp. took time to go with me to the bank and helped me with the wiring of money to the title company. He provided me with all the contacts for movers, painters etc. Highly recommend him.
