Victor did an OUTSTANDING job working with us through buying our first home. We had no idea what to expect, but Victor was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and kind when working with myself and significant other. We have been looking for close to two years, and after reaching out to Victor we went on a spree of looking with the intent to buy. Throughout the whole searching process Victor was patient and responsive to our needs with our two dogs. He immediately sprung into action and throughout the whole buying process when we came down to the house we wanted, Victor was a blessing to work with. We had some issues with the Seller's Agent being very rude and Victor handled everything like a professional, keeping us in constant contact and letting us know updates as they were happening. Matt was an excellent resource in not only finding our ideal home, but recommendations on locations, things to look out for with homes, contacts for inspectors, mortgage brokers, and lawyers. Matt also did an excellent job of helping manage timelines and deliverables in the closing process. I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking to find their dream home.
