My husband and I were just looking around the area and came across Michael and his associate Shevaun at their office. After talking with them about what we were interested in, Shevaun drove us to various sites. There were several we thought fit what we were looking for and settled on one. After much consideration we decided we still wanted to look somemore, just incase. Michael told us about the site we finally purhased and we can't tell you how much Shevaun and Michael mean to us after seeing the spot we fell in love with. Not only did they point us in the direction we wanted to finally retire to, they have been with us every step of the way regarding things we know nothing about, i.e. septic systems, water hookup, electricity hookups. After the Valley Fire the devistation destroyed so much that we did not know who to ask about certain things that had to be done and if it wasn't for Michael and Shevaun we don't know what we would have done. My husband and I can't praise them enough for all the help they gave us, and to this day still help with little things we're not sure about. If your interested in having someone help you find the right property and continue support, my choice for all would be Michael Fern and his associated Shevaun.

Working with Michael Fern was an excellent experience, and I've dealt with a lot of realtors. He made us feel well taken care of and we totally trusted him to help us purchase a home. He is very knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone buying or selling their home. This is a very nice man!

Michael and his assistant Shevaun did an outstanding job selling my family's house. A lot of issues came up and had to be worked through and they were helpful every step of the way. Right before closing the sale almost fell through because of the buyer's lender. But Michael saved the deal in a very creative way and all parties are happy how it turned out. We are very grateful and highly recommend Michael (and Shevaun).

I FOUND MR. FERN VERY EASY TO WORK WITH. HE WAS RESPONSIVE WITHOUT BEING PUSHY. HE SHOWED ME PROPERTIES THAT WERE REALLY APPROPRIATE FOR ME, AND I FINALLY DID PURCHASE A PROPERTY WITH MR. FERN'S HELP THAT WAS JUST WHAT I WANTED. WE HAD TO GO THRU A TERRIBLE TIME WITH MY LENDER. IT WAS A SHORT SALE, AND MR. FERN CHEERFULLY DID ALL HE NEEDED TO DO, PATIENTLY, TO SEE US THRU. I WOULD HEARTILY RECOMMEND HIM.
