The Walters Team helped me buy and sell my home in Columbia. Megan was awesome to work with. I was very unsure of how the process worked and she was more than happy to explain it all to me and walk me through it, making it seamless. She is very responsive and goes out of her way to make it as smooth as possible for you. Seven days a week she was available and even on a vacation she still managed to answer my questions! Very thankful for her advice and wisdom throughout the entire process of purchasing real estate!

What an amazing experience!! We were relocating to the Columbia area from St. Louis, and a friend recommended Megan. From our first contact, she was responsive, extremely knowledgeable about the market, and immediately gained our confidence. We hadn’t purchased a new home in many years, and she guided us seamlessly through the process, from my first call to her on 5/16 through the 7/11 closing on the home of our dreams!!
