We interviewed 4 realtors when deciding to move to Columbia. Jasmyne was the first one we spoke to and she set a really high bar no one else could match. When we approached her about also selling our Jefferson City home, she recommended another EXP realtor who knows the area much better. The fact that she admitted Jefferson City real estate was not her strength demonstrated integrity and honesty. The realtor she recommended was fantastic. Jasmyne is energetic and full of ideas. She's lived in Columbia her entire life, and it shows. She listened carefully to our wants, needs, and goals for our real estate purchase. She showed properties we demonstrated interest in, as well as suggesting others she thought fit our profile. Jasmyne is NOT a high pressure salesperson and was completely transparent about home locations, features, and conditions, always keeping our goals in mind. She encouraged us to do our own research and provided resources to assist us. If she saw any red flags, she made them apparent. When we scheduled a second set of showings, I fell ill and we could not keep our appointments. Jasmyne went to those homes in our stead, providing virtual tours of each one complete with pros and cons. Once we selected the home we wished to purchase, Jasmyne was extremely proactive. She consulted contractors to look into any concerns we had. She once again went above and beyond, researching inspectors, movers, lenders, contractors, and landscapers. No detail or concern was too small for her expert assistance. She respected my health limitations and went out of her way to find and provide every necessary service in order to make our transition as smooth as possible. I truly had very little to do other than pack. Shortly before we were due to close on both homes, I fell ill and required inpatient care. Not wanting to throw everyone off schedule, I immediately contacted both of our realtors, as well as our lender. Jasmyne worked tirelessly with the rest of our team to keep us on schedule. They arranged for a notary so I could sign from the hospital (my choice, not theirs. They offered to change dates under the circumstances.) Jasmyne even sent flowers and snacks to my room. Because of my health limitations, Jasmyne offered to complete our final walkthrough, paying attention to every detail, pointing out any areas of concern, and making sure we were completely satisfied, which we were. Jasmyne has an acute eye for detail; readily answers texts, calls, and emails; and works hard to make every aspect of the sale go smoothly, even the things most people asdume are not a realtor's responsibility. Jasmyne also seemed invested in us as people, showing concern with our lows and joy with our highs. We truly feel we have a friend in the real estate business, and she promised our relationship did not end with closing. She still displays interest in our goals as individuals, as well as ensuring we are still satisfied with our home and her role in making our dreams a reality. Perhaps the most touching part of all is that she asked for photos of our pets since we have no children. At the time of this post, she is still at work on a painting of our fur family, which we hope to see soon. Wr know she put as much effort in the painting as she did in customer service. This personal touch exceeds expectations, and leaves us feeling very certain we chose the right person for us. Jasmyne excels at everything she does, and we can't recommend her enough. Satisfied doesn't begin to describe our joy. 100/5 stars. We recommend her to the moon and back!

Megan is truly phenomenal! She not only helped me purchase my home in 2022 but also guided me through selling it this year. My situation was unique - I left the country for long-term travel right after listing my home. This undoubtedly added extra responsibilities for Megan, yet she handled everything with incredible grace and professionalism. She kept me updated on showings and market trends, proactively adjusting the pricing strategy when needed. Knowing my home was vacant, she even looked out for it while I was stationed across the world. When a buyer showed interest, Megan seamlessly managed inspections and every intricate detail of the process. Since I was out of the country, I had to set up a Power of Attorney so my family could handle the closing on my behalf. Megan worked closely with the title team to ensure everything went smoothly, answering all my questions and easing any concerns along the way. I know my absence may have added complexity to the sale, but Megan handled it all effortlessly - with kindness, care, and expertise. Megan was knowledgeable of the area and provided guidance on best locations to purchase. She assisted with a situation on the first home that we walked away from based on inspection results and quickly found another home.
