What can we say about working with Jason Pick, other than it was an absolute pleasure. As first time home buyers, my wife and I were uncomfortable with the whole real estate process, given the importance and magnitude of the purchase. However, Jason was always there to guide us, making us aware of potential pitfalls, and proactively following up with us to make sure we did what was needed to meet our expedited closing date. On more than one occasion, Jason went above and beyond his requirements to make up for shortcomings on our lawyers end – working through realtor channels to make sure that we were on the same page with the sellers on contractual items. Overall, we feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with Jason, and we will recommend him as a realtor to anyone who would ask, without reservation.

We were very lucky and sonoleasued tonwork with Jason. Jason was always available when we had any questions or concerns. Selling our home and looking for another was quite traumatic. Jason worked with us and made us feel like we were his only clients. Coordination of closing and paperwork was seamless. We are happy to say he found us our perfect forever home. Thank you Jason!!

Would recommend for sure. We were moving from out of state and were given Jason's name from a friend. Jason was very involved in our process from the start, setting us up with search tools and guiding us towards homes that fit our needs and our budget. During tours he was patient, willing to point out issues we may have missed, and happy to challenge owners/agents when necessary. During negotiations he kept us informed at all steps of the process and was great as a sounding board when we needed to think through difficult decisions. He also was always available, responding quickly whenever we needed to speak. He is very knowledgeable about the neighborhood, and we are glad we had him on our team!

I would definitely recommend Jason! He was very knowledgeable and helped guide us through the home searching and buying process every step of the way. Jason was very patient, honest, and really listened to what we were looking for and did not waste our time taking us to houses he thought did not fit our needs. He was a great advocate for us and represented us well to potential sellers. Jason was a pleasure to work with and integral part of helping us purchase a home that we absolutely love.

"Business Hours" do not apply to Matt. Matt was available to me and my wife seemingly 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We worked with Matt to sell our home as well as purchase a new home. Matt's knowledge of the Plainview / Old Bethpage area is remarkable and his speed on accommodating any type of request during all phases of our purchase and sale were amazing. I strongly recommend Matt for anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
