Mary Alice helped us a lot she showed us the home in a timely manner and as we were not familiar with the area provided us with the answers we needed. She had our best interest through the whole process and even thought we were not able to finalize the purchase of the home we were not made to feel unwelcome due to our finical standing or the cost of the home we were looking at. She was professional and communicative the whole time, best service I have received ever when looking at getting a home.

MaryAlice is the best realtor you can find in all of Texas! She is honest, straight forward and will always have her clients priorities in mind. She loves what she does and it shows. She is not only my realtor but I consider her now a friend whenever we go back to Texas. Highly recommend she stays in touch and excellent communication about listings. I had dreamed of owning a Victorian home for decades, and Mary Alice helped me to find the perfect one. Her knowledge of the real estate in this area as well as the town's history and various resources is unsurpassed. She helped us to negotiate to get the best price possible, making the buying process extremely easy. Not only did she help me to find the perfect home in a town I had never lived in, she was able to plug my entire family into the community. By moving day, we were friends with our neighbors, knew the best places in town to eat, and felt like we had lived here for years, all thanks to Mary Alice. I have never had an agent take care of us both before and after a sale like Mary Alice did. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
