My husband and I are both foreigners, and this was our first time buying a home in the United States. We were very fortunate to have met Jordan from the beginning. He was extremely patient and answered all of our questions (even the ones we thought were silly). When viewing homes, he carefully walked us through the pros and cons of each property and whether the listing price was reasonable. Whenever we sent him questions, he always replied quickly, which made us feel very reassured. During the offer process, Jordan provided helpful advice on pricing and pointed out items in the house report that we could request the seller to address. Even after closing, he continued to stay in touch and answer our questions. We highly recommend Jordan!

We've had the pleasure of working with Angie as both home sellers and home buyers, and we would absolutely recommend her for either. Her professionalism and responsiveness are on another level. She's the kind of realtor who will reply to a text at 10 pm but also proactively lets you know in advance if she's going to be unavailable, so you're never left guessing. What we valued most was her neutral, no-pressure approach. She would present all options in a very neutral way, give her professional opinion when we asked, and then fully support our decision, even if it wasn't what she recommended. She's not a pushy salesperson; she's a trusted advisor. Her knowledge of the Champaign area, neighborhoods, and schools is excellent. She stayed exactly true to our criteria (no random listings!) and even kept her eye on private listings to give us an early look. She's also just a great, level-headed guide during negotiations. Her market analysis was always realistic, and she gently talked us out of a few ledges when we got too into the negotiation phase, keeping us focused on finding a great house. Her whole team is efficient (she was always punctual), but we have to give a special shout-out to Sabryna Valdez. Sabryna was exceptional in coordinating our closings, answering endless questions, and sending reminders for utilities and next steps. It made the whole administrative side seamless. Bottom Line: Angie is a friendly, responsive, and trustworthy professional who genuinely respects her clients' decisions. We'd work with her again in a heartbeat.

Buying our first home could have been stressful, but Kristen and Sabryna made it such a smooth and easy experience! They were professional, responsive, and always on top of every detail. Wouldn't want to work with anyone else. Jordan is the complete package and was knowledgeable from start to finish on all aspects of the process. I started with one set of criteria and when I made the switch to a completely different style of property he adapted immediately and we found the right property in no time and at a great price. After purchase he followed up and remains available for questions, great customer care and highly recommend Jordan Jackson for your next purchase or sale.
