Mark was courteous, knowledgeable, friendly...any more superlatives and he'd be an Eagle Scout. Great to work with and guided us through the confusing, sometimes frustrating, purchase process in a state (NY) 1000 miles from our home (Iowa), in a fairly unstable real estate market. We'd be happy to work with Mark again and recommend him to anyone exploring real estate in the Copake area. Barvo!

Mark was both the listing and selling agent for the home I purchased. He was professional and polite, but more important very pleasant and helpful and kept me calm during a very difficult and lengthy process as the home did not have the required CO's necessary to close. In my opinion he went above the call of duty for both myself and the sellers. I wish him much continued success. I highly recommend him for both sellers and buyers.

Mark was an oasis in the sea of turmoil of selling a home attached to an estate . Always on the ball ,courteous,understanding and professional. This was not an easy close ,however Mark carefully navigated all the bumps in the road with great communication and tact . I’d highly recommend him for your buying or selling needs

Mark was wonderful and very friendly. I was visiting a house that once belonged to my aunt, where I spent many summers. Mark took the time to answer to all of my questions and listen to my memories. He communicated frequently with me about the latest information on the house. He also kept in frequent communication with the seller's listing agent. Thanks, Mark!

Mark is very knowledgeable, smart, patient, generous and friendly. He was always available for every steps we had to take to buy the house, he did so much extra work for us so we didn't have to drive there from Brooklyn. I can certainly state that he is one of the smartest and nicest sales person my wife and I met . Working with Mark is a real pleasure.
