Mark with McGuire Capital Group is our go to realtor and has always delivered! The team is reliable, respectful, competent and professional which we recommend wholeheartedly. We have used Mark to purchase a second home as well as investment properties. My work schedule is hard to match as I work day and night shifts all intertwined and Mark has always made himself available around my schedule which does elevate stress on my side. Mark has met us on last minute request to view a home as well as sent us offer drafts after hours. He was always easily accessible for questions, as well as the organized timeline (with reminders) that were put in place after an offer acceptance which just makes the whole process wisely choreographed.
