Mark is THE BEST!!! He made the process of selling my first home smooth and effortless. Mark was our listing agent, and we couldn’t have been more pleased with all he did for us. We haven’t sold a home in over 30 years, and Mark made this arduous process very easy for us. Mark with McGuire Capital Group is our go to realtor and has always delivered! The team is reliable, respectful, competent and professional which we recommend wholeheartedly. We have used Mark to purchase a second home as well as investment properties. My work schedule is hard to match as I work day and night shifts all intertwined and Mark has always made himself available around my schedule which does elevate stress on my side. Mark has met us on last minute request to view a home as well as sent us offer drafts after hours. He was always easily accessible for questions, as well as the organized timeline (with reminders) that were put in place after an offer acceptance which just makes the whole process wisely choreographed. Mark’s knowledge of the area and property suggestions are on queue. He truly listens and retained our wants, never trying to push us into properties that were far from our requests. As for the investment properties he went out of his way to obtain property history which helped with our decisions.
