If I could give Mario and Joe 10 stars I would. I started my home search process with a different agent. To say the experience was awful would be an understatement. When I first spoke to Mario, I "interviewed" him due to my prior experience. Going into this partnership with Mario, I was skeptical. From the beginning, Mario and Joe EXCEEDED my expectations on all levels. Mario is very experienced and understands the foundations of a house - not just the basics. He takes the time to understand your needs and then looks at the home from your perspective. He never pushes or tries to 'sell' you anything. I always felt like he was being completely honest with me on all levels. I also never felt like as if I was working with someone who was trying to 'sell' me something. I used the word partnership earlier because this is what it truly felt like. On the Operations side, Joe is fantastic. He is quick to respond and takes care of all the details before you even get a chance to ask him anything. This is a first class team. They set the standard when it comes to real estate professionalism - with the key word being professionalism. I am grateful to have found such a great team. The result is a home I am very happy with. We recently bought a home with Mario and Joe. Our positive experience made our decision to now sell a home through them as well. We needed 2 things in an agent. Someone we can trust and someone who is great at their job. When you are making such a large investment as a home, with all of the difficulties that come with it.... you want people you can trust to represent you and your best interests. You will not find better people to deal with that Mario and Joe. They are professionals, they know their job inside and out, and they know real estate as a whole. They’re also good human beings, they understand the tough decisions, and difficult choices that come along with buying and selling a house. They more than exceeded our expectations, couldn’t be happier. *FYI.. Mario and Joe just knocked our second dealing with them out of the park. Outstanding work from these two again.

We recently bought and sold our homes in Park Ridge with Mario and Joe. They were wonderful to work with throughout the whole process. Mario was so patient and always honest when looking at properties with us. Joe is excellent at keeping everyone updated and communicating to make sure the process moves along smoothly. When it came time to negotiate a deal, Mario was excellent and helped us reach a number we felt good about. You won’t regret choosing Mario DiLorenzo’s team with Keller Williams!

We would highly recommend Mario! We rented a property, sold our home and purchased our new home all at the same time, which can be a bit overwhelming, but Mario and Joe ensured that everything went smoothly (all within a two-month period). With Mario as our agent, we were able to find qualified tenants for a property within a month and receive an offer on our current home within three days for more than asking price. During the process of purchasing our new home, we really trusted Mario's guidance and knowledge and he was consistently able to negotiate for our best interest in what seemed like a very long process! We have worked with several realtors in the past and can honestly say that we felt most comfortable with Mario. He knows his clients well and is extremely knowledgeable. Joe was able to keep us so organized and informed and both Mario and Joe are very responsive to any client needs, whether it be getting a quick showing or answering any questions or concerns. We truly appreciated all of their work during the process!
