Marc recently sold our home in Palm Beach Gardens after we resided there for over 20 years. The experience was beyond our expectations. Before even getting the listing, Marc came to our house and gave us suggestions on making certain improvements to maximize our return and referred professionals to us to make those improvements, which we used and were very satisfied with. We discussed our parameters with Marc regarding our desired price and timing and Marc delivered an offer to us in three days that exactly matched our parameters. The closing went off without a hitch. Marc is responsive, listens to client needs, is extremely knowledgeable on the local market and is willing to assist in any way he can to make for a smooth transaction. Marc was very patient and spent all the time we needed to find the right place He brought us to 10 neighborhoods and at least 30 properties. He spent the timing getting to know us to get the right property .

The decision to sell our family home was difficult but we've known Marc for over 20 years and trusted him to guide us through the process.
