Kevin did an outstanding job marketing the sale of the property, a luxury new construction waterfront home. We had such an amazing experience with Mike Zingaro. We would not have successfully sold our townhome or negotiated the final contract and purchased our new home without him. He made it all happen and super quick! He is professional, polite, responsive, knowledgeable, and so caring.
