As first time home buyers my husband and I didn’t know much about buying a house, Austin made the process EASY! Austin was there from beginning to end. He answered all of our questions and concerns fast and easy to understand. He understood what we were looking for in a home and how important being in a good and safe school district was to us. Austin also didn’t try to talk us into anything, he would have also talked us out of anything if he didn’t think it would meet our needs, something major was wrong with the house or he noticed any red flags. I could go on and on talking about how amazing Austin and his team. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. We will be recommending him to everyone I know. We also will be reaching out to him if we ever decide to sell our home. Austin, thank you for everything!

First and foremost Austin is such a pleasant and easy going guy. His responsiveness, knowledge of the area, and his own personal input while shopping for a home was always on point - never too persuasive or passive. He had great advice and was extremely helpful in navigating a difficult market. I would recommend him to anybody looking to buy or sell in the area.

Austin was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He helped me to find a house that I loved for a price my family could afford (which in this economy is really saying something.) He made himself available to help me with anything and everything that I could have possibly needed. 7 Days a Week, Day and Night, Rain or Shine he was there to pick up the phone or coordinate a house tour. Perhaps Austin's most admirable characteristic is his honest and sincere nature. He puts his clients first in every single way, and showed genuine interest in getting us a home that we could be proud of. It is this whole-hearted commitment to his clients that sets Austin head and shoulders above the rest. For every single home that we toured, he went over each with a fine tooth comb and broke down every aspect of it for us the; good, the bad, and the ugly. He never rushed us to make a decision, he never tried to coax us into buying a home that we didn't like, he never tried to get us to buy a house we couldn't afford. Moreover, he even went as far as to discuss the long term pros and cons of the properties as well as the local communities that they were a part of. I will be recommending Austin and his team to all of my friends, family, and co-workers. Should I ever be looking to sell my current home or buy a new one, there is no one that I trust to do the job more than Austin Cerankowski.

Austin was very patient with our situation and bent over backwards to do everything he could to help us and make sure we were taken care of. He took the bad situation we were in and turned it into a great experience. We would recommend him a million times over.

Austin was amazing to work with. He took time to get to know us and understand exactly what we were looking for. He made the home buying process as simple as it can be and made sure we understood our options throughout. We really appreciated his support through the entire journey and are so happy with our new home!
