We just sold our home with Tracy's help. It was so good to have someone with connections and experience and know how take the time to explain things (and not flinch when I had a lot of questions). She always got back to me promptly. I thought she did an excellent job of portraying our home with pictures and ads (It sold in about a week). My parents bought their house with her as their agent and a friend worked with her as she sold her house. Both recommended her and I would as well. I've had exposure to several real estate agents and Tracy is in the top tier.

I can’t say enough. Tracy was amazing! She would call me on weekends to update me. She kept me calm with our other agent who was selling our house across the state. She made things happen and constantly kept me informed. She went to things for us when we were out of town. She recommended a new lender to us at the start, which worked amazingly! Just all around a very smooth process and experience!

As a first time home buyer, Tracy was amazing from the start. She broke the buying process down so we didn’t have any missing gaps or feel as if we got an unfair deal. Any question we had she was ready with an answer and very responsive. Tracy is so personable and a very good listener. You can’t go wrong buying or selling with this team! I would recommend them over and over.
