From the very first day we met, Kim was so professional and informative. She showed my wife and I a lot of beautiful homes in the Delaware area. She really knew what we were looking for in a home. When we finally found the home we wanted, Kim never missed a step through the whole process. She pointed out things that we were unaware of and to be watchful of. The questions we asked were answered with out delay, and had recommendations on how to approach concerns at the inspection. She brought in a team of professionals for the inspection process. Linda and her staff are excellent to work with. They are very quick and on top of scheduling all the inspections and things that need to be completed prior to the sale. They are very easy to work with. I would highly recommend Linda Moran and her team,. When our condominium is ready to be listed we will be returning to her.
